ATTENDANCE
It is compulsory for the students to have 75% attendance in a year to make them eligible to appear at the final examination. The total meetings are counted from the date of admission of the student. Leave on account of illness etc. is also considered as absence in case of non-approval from the Principal and no relaxation is made in such cases.
Leave is granted on the application from the Parents/Guardians, submitted by the next working day (except in case of unforeseen circumstances), and that too for only genuine reasons. Not more than three days leave may be granted in one month.
Continuous absence from school (without sanctioned leave application) for seven days will lead to cancellation of name. Readmission in such cases will be discretionary. An amount of Rs. 2000.00 will have to be paid in case re-admission is allowed by the Principal. It is compulsory to all students to attend the general assembly held at the beginning of the day. No student can leave the school premise during school hours except with the permission of the Principal. Students suffering from any infectious disease should complete the quarantine period before joining the school. This should be indicated in the medical certificate.
